If you're a truck driver looking for parking, I would avoid this location. I was simply driving around the lot trying to find an available space. I was not breaking any rules or causing any problems, but the security guard kept watching me and tracking where I was going as if I were doing something suspicious. His attitude felt hostile and extremely unwelcoming. Parking is also very limited, and a large portion of the already limited spaces are paid parking. Between the rude security guard, the uncomfortable atmosphere, and the lack of free parking, I would not recommend this Pilot.

Why do we have to wait hours for a shower?! There aren’t enough of them to begin with, and it takes forever to clean them—and nobody seems to care! When are you finally going to take notice of this and do something about it?! People have been writing about this in reviews for years, but you don’t care. Replace the management and staff, or sell the business to people who know how to run things respectfully and responsibly—like Love’s!

Idk who the general manager is, but used to be able to park car there over night to sleep it was the only safe place around but now we can't. Nobody caused problems. Now your just taking away from a good stop for homeless people living in there cars. On top of that you will lose a lot of business from us who shopped there daily. Smh do better.

Pilot in Joliet is a fantastic spot for truckers and travelers in need of reliable amenities and services. The location is convenient, staff are friendly, and the facilities are generally well-maintained. Their fuel pumps are efficient, and there’s a selection of food and supplies available in the store. The parking lot is spacious, making it easy to maneuver even larger rigs. It’s a welcoming and practical stop when you’re on the road. The one area that could use serious attention is the showers they could definitely benefit from an upgrade. A cleaner, more modern setup here would elevate the overall experience. Nevertheless, it’s still a go to stop if you’re in the area.

Truck driver; only giving 3 stars because only has 4 showers and wait for a shower is usually over 1 hour and 30 minutes. Otherwise this pilot is great. The staff are friendly and very courteous. Theyll start a coversation with you out of the blue and are interested in your well being. The store is always clean and well kept up. The outside as well. There is never any trash outside or garbage laying around. There are only about 40 parking spaces for trucks. Inside the food is pretty fresh. It goes quickly, especially the breakfast burritos. They have everything you could want from trucking gear to food to electronics and drinks. The showers are always clean, when you get one and im not just talking wiped down they really clean the showers. The staff here is above norm!
